What are LifeStyle Services hours?
Our regular operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm. We accept requests for evening, weekends and holiday’s and have extra fees associated with these times.

How can I become a client?

How do I request services?
You can make your request by contacting us, or by calling our toll free number at 888.230.9821. 

How much time is needed for a service request?
All services require a 24 hour minimum prior to completing the request.

What if I cannot give a 24 hour notice for a service request?
We realize there are times where you cannot provide the notice we request. Please contact us with your request at 888.230.9821 along with the pertinent details as soon as possible and we will do our best to provide the service. There may be extra fees associated with some types of emergency requests.

How do I cancel an appointment with LifeStyle Services?
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice on all regularly scheduled appointments. If you cancel an appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, you will be billed for 50% of the estimated time of you appointment. Cancellation will only be effective if communicated to LifeStyle Resources by the same person who scheduled the request.

How do I pay for purchases made at my request?
Minor purchases of less than $50 may be paid for by LifeStyle Services and billed to you with your invoice for the service. Purchases that exceed $50 will require advance arrangements made at the time the service is requested.

What methods of payment do we accept?
We accept personal checks, cash, Mastercard and Visa.

Can I trust the people who work for LifeStyle Services?
We understand that trust is an essential element in developing a relationship. Our employees have gone through extensive interviews in addition to background checks. LifeStyle Services is fully insured.

What requests will LifeStyle Services NOT perform?
We will not perform any service that is illegal, unethical, or poses a danger or risk to any person or property. We further reserve the right to decline any services request at our sole discretion.
